Mr. Akshay Chopra born in a middle class family 0n 15^th July 1998 dreamed of a business and opening a restaurant when he was pursing diploma in Hotel Management in Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Bathinda.

Completed Internship in Delhi

After completing the diploma Mr. Akshay Chopra had been sent to Barbeque Nation which is situated in Delhi to complete his internship. After completing his internship  he got an offer to work in Dubai however he denied to go there as he wanted to do something of his own so he returned back to his hometown for pursuing his dream.

THOUGHT OF A UNIQUE NAME AND PLANNING

While dreaming of this firm the first thing which came in his mind was the name of the restaurant , Then he thought that the name should be unique and this name (Love’s bite) came in his mind with the tag line “serve with love”. Planning of opening a fresh firm was initiated by both the brothers Mr. Akshay Chopra and Mr. Rahul Chopra as he is the little brother of Mr. Akshay Chopra and also the one who has been playing a vital role in the journey.

THE STRUGGLE

Mr. Akshay Chopra and Mr. Rahul Chopra faced many challenges and problems before taking first step as it was not easy to manage everything due to some financial problems. So they had to work under a restaurant in Bathinda to earn some money so that they could purchase some of the important equipments and tools which are required in this field. They worked under that organization for one year.

After that, on 1^st November 2018 finally they took their first step and started preparing food at their own home to deliver to customers. Mr. Rahul Chopra launched his own recipe of pizza dough after many experiments with his secret ingredients.

Meanwhile they faced many challenges as it was not easy to run business from home so they went through many circumstances.

After all these, in March 2019, both brothers rented a kitchen where they used to prepare food and deliver. They both saw many ups and downs meanwhile but they did not give up. It was not easy to advertise their food without money as Bathinda already has many food outlets. So they both used to distribute pamphlets at various locations of Bathinda so that more and more people get to know about their kitchenette.

THE UNIQUENESS

The idea was to make this restaurant unique so the plan of providing 24*7 delivery services was executed as 24 hours delivery service is not provided by any restaurant in Bathinda till now. Italian, American and Continental food items are delivered all over the city including remote areas with free delivery. In the intial stage, Mr. Rahul Chopra used to prepare these items by himself and these orders were delivered by Mr. Akshay Chopra.

After gaining popularity when people started liking their food both the brothers rented a different place on 100 feet road Bathinda on 1^st November 2019 where they started dine in services. It came out as a new challenge to attract customers towards this new place but because of satisfactory customer services, hardwork, dedication, proper planning and quality of food this project also successfully maintained the type.

After few months they opened a new branch of Love’s Bite in Muktsar city on 20^th March 2020. However, destiny was not in their favour as within 4 days on 24^th March 2020 government of India announced a nationwide lockdown, limiting the movement of the entire population of Indian as a preventive measure against the COVID-19 pandemic. So they could not run this place and faced a huge financial loss.

A NEW MILESTONE ACHIEVED

On 13^th October 2021 Love’s Bite has been successfully shifted to a new extended place in Bathinda and providing gratifying services. Hopefully in coming future more branches will be opened in other areas and we will always be obliged “Serving with love”.

Success is the result of key determination and concentration while moving ahead in the path of hardwork.
